Orbis Design Studio partnered with RioBlanco Capital to bring The Grove to life—a collection of eight, four-story, 6,300-square-foot contemporary townhomes located in the heart of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Designed for a discerning buyer who values privacy, space, and sophistication, the homes offer a refined, architectural response to modern urban living. Orbis developed the bold yet elegant façade concept -balancing clean lines with restrained, tactile materials to create a sense of warmth and quiet luxury. The brand identity and interior design direction were conceived in tandem, ensuring a cohesive experience that reflects a contemporary aesthetic rooted in restraint, proportion, and natural beauty.
