Orbis Design Group was engaged to shape the interior design vision and marketing presence of Icon, a luxury residential development in Condado, Puerto Rico. Our scope included comprehensive interior design direction—defining spatial character, material palettes, and lifestyle-driven details—along with the development of refined marketing collateral to support the project’s positioning.

Through a cohesive and design-led approach, we aligned interiors and visual storytelling to reflect Icon’s contemporary urban character, enhancing its appeal to a sophisticated audience and strengthening its presence within Condado’s competitive residential market.
